Modern nomad
Hello, travellers!
Hello, travellers!
For those of you who don’t know me yet, I’m Vilislav Alcántara — HR by education, astrologer by profession, and a true modern nomad by calling.
I’m the kind of person who needs no more than 15 minutes to choose a destination, throw everything I need into a suitcase, close the door behind me, and head straight to the airport — without overthinking whether I’ve forgotten something at home. I simply go, ready for whatever comes next.
And I don’t use the word “adventure” by accident. Somehow, every trip I take turns into an unforgettable, exciting odyssey — and that’s really no exaggeration.

My philosophy
My dream is not simply to travel the world,
but to truly
experience it.
I want to visit every corner of the planet, taste the most delicious and exotic food, and drink the finest wine in some faraway place while watching the golden-red colours of the sunset over an incredible bay.
I dream of living, even if only for a little while, in every country I visit — getting to know at least a small part of its culture and language, feeling its atmosphere, and meeting new people along the way. I do not want to simply pass through another destination and tick it off my list. I want to experience each place, connect with it, and carry a small part of it with me when I leave.
What you’ll find here
I’ll take you beyond the ordinary.

Markets, restaurants, and those little places you sometimes discover by chance.

Places Google won’t always show you.

The encounters that turn a journey into a memory.

Festivals, streets, and stories that were never part of the plan.
Travel is fatal to prejudice, bigotry, and narrow-mindedness.
Sometimes you have to get lost to find yourself.
OFF THE MAP
The real stories begin where the guidebook ends.
he truth is that in every tourist destination, the most interesting places are often the ones that remain outside the guidebooks — hidden from the crowds. The moment we step away from the well-known routes, we can stumble upon truly remarkable places and feel the real spirit of where we are.
Of course, everyone knows that in Rome you have to see the Colosseum, and in Paris — the Eiffel Tower. But these are certainly not the only places worth discovering, nor always the most fascinating ones. Everywhere in the world, there are countless hidden corners that I’m sure we’ll discover together…
